Getting your dishwasher fixed by someone else isn’t always so easy, as Kim Galizio recounts over at Lean is Good. A small puddle of water that appeared in front of his dishwasher, and repairs that needed to be addressed within the warranty period, seemed an easy-enough process to solve the problem. But after a series of visits, and failed repairs ultimately culminating in success, Mr. Galizio wonders if the process can be leaned out.
